Terms & Conditions Longfu 88 — A Usage Guide for Malaysian Members

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Longfu 88, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Longfu 88 does not permit the registration of underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban issued by any relevant authority.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or as an agent of any party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at Longfu 88. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. It is the Member's responsibility to keep their personal information up to date should any changes occur. Longfu 88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Longfu 88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, available exclusively for Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit, minimum RM20
• DuitNow — direct bank transfer, minimum RM20
• GrabPay — minimum RM20, processed instantly
• Boost — minimum RM20, processed instantly
• ShopeePay — minimum RM20, processed instantly
• FPX Internet Banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect — minimum RM30

All deposits will be credited to your Longfu 88 account within 2 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and the maximum is RM50,000 per day. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within:

• Digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15 — 60 minutes
• DuitNow: 30 minutes — 2 hours
• FPX / Bank transfer: 1 — 4 hours on business days

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Longfu 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following usage terms unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions minimum rollover that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings that exceed the bonus amount (after the rollover requirement has been met) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Longfu 88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• All bonuses have an expiry period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period has lapsed.

Bets placed using bonus credits on markets with odds below 1.50 (in sports markets) will not count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement. This condition is in place to ensure fairness for all Longfu 88 members.

5 Betting & Game Rules

Betting on Longfu 88 spans several main categories, each with its own specific rules:

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are final once the bet slip has been confirmed. Longfu 88 does not accept cancellations or amendments after a bet has been submitted. If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded to the member's account.

5.2 Cricket Betting & Interrupted Matches

For cricket betting specifically, if a match is interrupted by rain or other weather conditions and concluded using the DLS Method, the DLS result shall be valid for all match-winner bets. If the match is interrupted and no final result is reached, all bets will be voided.

5.3 Casino & Online Games

All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

5.4 E-Sports

Esports betting on Longfu 88 covers MLBB (MPL Malaysia), Valorant, CS:GO, Dota 2, and other titles. If an esports match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, all bets will be voided and refunded. Walkovers and forfeits are governed by the official rules of the respective tournament organiser.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

Longfu 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Member registers more than one account
• Member provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• An attempt was made to exploit a technical bug or system vulnerability
• The Member has attempted to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Member fails to comply with a document verification request within the stipulated timeframe

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the Longfu 88 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the associated bonus will be forfeited. Any valid account balance will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

7 Responsible Gaming

Longfu 88 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Longfu 88 shall not be liable to any member for any loss or damages arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Data corruption or loss of information caused by events beyond Longfu 88's reasonable control
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers
• Losses arising from use of the platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind

Longfu 88's maximum aggregate liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

10 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Longfu 88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• A notice prominently displayed on the platform's main page
• Email notification to the registered email address (where applicable)
• In-account message upon next login

Your continued use of the Longfu 88 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of each version is stated at the top of this document. Members who do not agree with the amendments are entitled to close their account and withdraw any valid balance.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise in connection with the use of the Longfu 88 platform, the following procedure shall be observed:

1. Initial Complaint — Members must first contact the Longfu 88 customer support team via live chat or email with full details of the dispute.
2. Internal Review — Our team will review your complaint and respond within 5 business days.
3. Escalation — If a member is dissatisfied with the initial response, the complaint may be escalated to senior management within 14 business days.
4. Final Resolution — If the matter remains unresolved, the dispute will be referred to a recognised independent dispute resolution body.

Longfu 88 is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Technical decisions relating to the random number generator (RNG) and betting systems are final unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Longfu 88's operations under the management licence held by the company. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the designated jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
